Rebecca

Rebecca Silvera lives and dreams intensely, embracing her wild self, intuitive wisdom, and the sacred vessel of her body. She traveled the world seeking herself until finally she turned inward and traversed her own interdimensional path to a whole new way of being by embracing her gifts as a Medium. An integration of self. Dilation, a union. She now seeks to help others to claim and integrate their own innate Divine Wisdom. To hold the lantern for those emerging from their own darkness. With a psychology degree, 11 years experience as a massage therapist and 8 years as an Adjunct Professor, paired with her abilities as a Medium, she has a unique skillset to offer. After 13 years in Brooklyn, NY she is now located in Madison where she offers an energy/bodywork technique called Anchoring, and continues to teach remotely at the Swedish Institute of Health Science in NYC. She also offers spiritual development sessions to help others develop and integrate their Intuitive Intelligence.

Madleen

Madleen completed her 200 Hour teacher training in 2018 and teaches a variety of yoga classes including- Hatha, Gentle,Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin. Her yoga practice has inspired her to listen to her body and intuition in better aligning what serves her heart and overall well being. Her practice has also taught her that every day, every hour, every minute- we have the opportunity to be someone new hopes she can encourage her students to feel the same way. Madleen finds it symbolic that the practice of yoga is commonly completed with Savasana (corpse pose) then Parsva Garbhasana (fetal pose)- as if we are reborn after every practice.  She looks forward to guiding you through intuitively listening to your body with the practice of yoga.

Madleen will also be facilitating the cacao ceremony. Ceremonial cacao or ceremonial-grade cacao is a 100% pure cacao-bean paste that contains a much higher quantity of beneficial, health-restoring, and mood-elevating compounds than any other cacao-based product on the market (like cacao powder, non-ceremonial cacao paste, dark chocolate, etc). Cacao is helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, and doing healing work & inner-processing. When in a sacred space, cacao helps you get out of your normal frame of mind, allowing you to experience new insights & perspectives. Cacao will inspire us connect to one another with an open-heart . Madleen looks forward to sharing the cacao and helping us come into the same energetic frequency.
