Space Holding is a practice rooted in deep listening, empathy, and non-judgmental support. It's a safe and nurturing space where you can share your thoughts, concerns, and experiences, free from the constraints of a traditional therapy session. It's a place where you are truly heard and validated.

What does space holding offer?

Non-Therapeutic Support

Space Holding is not therapy, counseling, or coaching. It's about creating a compassionate and accepting space for you to express yourself and explore your emotions.

Safe and Confidential

Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. Our Space Holding sessions are a secure, judgment-free zone.

Personal Growth

This offering is ideal for those seeking personal growth, self-discovery, and insight. You set the agenda and pace for each session.

Holistic Well-Being

Space Holding is a complementary approach that can be part of your holistic well-being journey. It complements licensed therapy or can be a stand-alone support system.

  • People seeking support that is not clinical or therapeutic

What to Expect?

  • Active listening and empathetic responses

  • Non-directive support without advice or diagnosis

  • A space to express your feelings and thoughts openly

  • Reflection and self-discovery

  • A free entry to one cacao ceremony event (if local) after 5th booked session. If you are not local, you will receive a single serving of cacao for a at home personal ceremony with instructions and activities.

Please note that while Space Holding can be a valuable support system, it is not a substitute for licensed therapy or professional mental health services. 

The need for space holding is deeply rooted in the human desire for connection, understanding, and personal development. It plays a crucial role in fostering healthy relationships, both with oneself and with others.

How to Get Started?

After clicking the Book Session Button, you will have an option to choose a phone call session or zoom session. All sessions are 30 minutes long.

Please each read each question carefully as you sign up. In one question you will be asked to copy and paste a link for the waiver. If you wish to sign the waiver before booking your session, you may sign here.
