I'm Madleen! Welcome to my website. Whether you are here to learn about yoga, cacao ceremonies, retreats, space holding, or brand building I want to thank you for exploring what I have to offer. I would tell you about who I am except I am getting to know who I am everyday. What I do know is that I was brought into this world to inspire people to express their authentic self. Everything that I offer allows people to do just that.. moving through yoga, dancing, breathing, singing, expressing, and allowing their creative visions to unfold. My services to humanity include ways for people to express themselves. Whether it is wanting to build your brand, create a better connection to your body or being, or need a safe space to express, my service is to facilitate while you create. Yoga
Madleen's teaching style reflects her diverse background, as she has worked with students ranging from the tender age of 5 to the wise age of 85. Her classes cater to a wide range of individuals, making yoga accessible to all, regardless of their experience or ability.
Cacao Ceremonies
Cacao ceremonies are helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, and doing healing work & inner-processing. Being in a sacred space helps you get out of your normal frame of mind, allowing you to experience new insights & perspectives. Ceremonies often results in deeper more intimate connection with ourselves and each other.
Space Holding
If you are seeking a safe and supportive environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without the formal structure of licensed therapy, The need for space holding is deeply rooted in the human desire for connection, understanding, and personal development. It plays a crucial role in fostering healthy relationships, both with oneself and with others.
Brand Building
Brand building is the art of creating a powerful and distinctive identity for your business. This process involves the option to co-create your idea with my design skills in creating a logo, brochure, poster, business card, website, photos, anything that will allow your business to stand out.
Photography
Madleen has had the love of capturing personalities through the lens since she was in 7th grade. From Nature photography to single portraits, couples, family, business and even events- Madleen aims to capture the energy of the life behind the lens in whatever setting it is.
